A First Birthday & a Dedication.Sometime around the end of November '96, The Utility Connection turned one year old. The author has enjoyed providing this service to the utility industry, and more stuff is in the works.This is also a timely opportunity to dedicate this site.

Revised Format and Graphical Index.Introducing a more readable format along with a graphical index system. The format of The Utility Connection has been revised to improve readability, decrease average load time, and provide a graphical interface for convienient access to the page contents.Functionality of the graphical interface is somewhat enhanced for browsers supporting client side image maps. Users of some browsers/servers may need to use the text table of contents.
